SafeSmart can also incorporate these elements into a more customised system to suit your access needs perfectly, via our own in-house design and manufacture teams.

All stepovers and separate components—base plates, vertical and ladders and platforms—are built tough from high-grade box section aluminium for strength and weather resistance. And tough rubber feet can be used on ladders for less-permanent situations. Supplied disassembled for ease of install in tight locations.

Our Stepover Platforms are available in 3 standard step angles:

45° Angled Stepover Platforms

• The 45 degree angle of access stairs are ideal for high traffic areas
• Keep hands free whilst moving over bridge
• 220mm deep stair treads for comfortable access to the platform
• Stair treads are ridged for safety and grip in all site condition

70° Angled Stepover Platforms

• 70 Degree ladder step height is 280mm
• Great for access over pipes, conveyors and machinery etcetera
• Ladder Width: 800mm

Vertical Stepover Platforms

• Vertical ladder step height is 280mm.
• The top of the vertical ladder stiles are angled to match the standard platform bridge
• Ideal for tight spaces or when access
• Ladder Width 800mm
